Friendly Societies are able to offer a special tax exempt savings plan in addition to any savings you may have in an ISA’s (Individual Savings Accounts). You can save a maximum of £25 per month or £270 per annum, plans must run for a minimum of 10 years. Many people use these plans in order to save for a rainy day or they use the for childrens savings plans
